Dietitian & Nutrition Services

Our dietitian and nutrition services are available to all patients at CCRIHC who require this support and are supported by a dietitian team who are a part of our diabetes program.

Our dietitian services are aimed to help understand your nutritional requirements and dietary restrictions through multiple factors from financial capacity to preferences for cultural food.

Whatever your medical situation is, we are here to help you feel better and stronger by helping manage your dietary health.

Nutritional and dietary assessments support can help support the following:

  • Food and Nutrition Security
  • Acute and Chronic
  • Disease Management
  • Improved Diabetes Control
  • Obesity Management Support

There is no fee for dietitian and nutrition services and you can see our dietitians for referral to other programs.
